4. Returns and Exchanges Policy

4.1 No Returns on Used Products
We are unable to accept returns for products that have been used. Once a product has been used, it is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Clear 360° Video of Unboxing: A clear and unedited 360-degree video of the unboxing process is required. This video should clearly show the condition of the product at the time of opening the package. This helps ensure the damage occurred during shipping and is not due to mishandling after receipt.
  • Video Authenticity: The video provided must be genuine and unaltered. If we find the video to be fake or tampered with, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request.

4.3 Exchange Process:
Once we receive your clear unboxing video and verify the damage, we will process your exchange request. If your product is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative product.

4.4 Shipping Costs for Returns:
You will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning a product for an exchange or refund, unless the return is due to a defect or damage caused by us.

We require a clear 360° unboxing video for any exchange requests to ensure the integrity of the product and to reduce fraudulent claims.
