Return and Refund Policy

1. Exchange Policy

1.1 Exchanges for Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we offer an exchange for the same item (subject to availability). In order to process an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Clear 360° Video of Unboxing: You must provide a clear, unedited 360-degree video showing the product during the unboxing process. The video should demonstrate the condition of the product when it is removed from the package. This helps us verify the damage occurred during transit and is not due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Timeframe: The exchange request must be submitted within 1 day of receiving the product.
  • Authenticity of Video: The video must be genuine and unaltered. If we find the video to be fake or tampered with, we reserve the right to reject the exchange request.

1.2 Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is received, we will review the video and, if the damage is confirmed, we will send you a replacement product. If the replacement is unavailable or out of stock, we will either offer a refund (as described in Section 2) or an alternative product of equal value.


2. Return and Refund Policy

2.1 Return Policy for Unavailable Exchanges
If we are unable to exchange the damaged product due to stock unavailability or other reasons, you may return the product for a refund. The following conditions apply:

  • Return Timeframe: Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, and we are unable to provide an exchange. The return request must be submitted within 1 day from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Product: The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

2.2 Refund Process
If you qualify for a refund, we will process it as follows:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account after the returned product is received and verified.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items
Please note that we do not offer refunds on products that are:

  • Used or opened (unless damaged or defective).
  • Not returned within the specified return period.
  • Not accompanied by the necessary unboxing video for damaged items.

3. Shipping and Return Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong or defective product), we will reimburse you for the reasonable cost of return shipping once we have received and verified the returned product.
